Our Team
Claire is a junior double major studying Economics and English at the University of Maryland. Outside of school she loves to read, spend time with friends, and go skiing. Claire is a Peer Mentor on Campus and tutors at the Writing Center. She hopes to go to graduate school in the future and to travel as much as possible.

Kellyann is double majoring in psychology and criminology/criminal justice. Kellyann is an active participant in the Gemstone Honors College and University of Maryland’s Terp Thon. Kellyann is excited to work alongside Team iPOV to answer the important research question that this research seeks to address.

Molly is a junior, and enjoys many outside of school activities including hiking, kayaking, running, baking.
After UMD, Molly hopes to create more sustainable packing methods/materials or hopes to work as an environmental engineer working in materials and sustainability.

Alessio is a junior double major in Finance and Economics. Alessio is interested in international economics and global trade, and is hoping to work in the financial sector following graduation. On campus, Alessio is involved with TAMID, an organization that provides pro-bono consulting services for startups. Alessio is also involved with the International Economics and Finance Society. Alessio's hobbies include playing soccer, photography, and running.

Alyssa is Public Health Science major from New Jersey with interests in epidemiology, emergency response, and environmental health. She hopes to continue her studies at the graduate level. In her free time Alyssa loves to listen to music and binge-watch shows on Netflix, such as Quantico. Her favorite shows are Jane the Virgin and 9-1-1.

Tara Cecil, from Charlotte Hall, MD, is a member of Team IPOV. As a bioengineering major, she is involved in many women in engineering programs, including Flexus and Alpha Omega Epsilon sorority. In her spare time, she enjoys writing poetry and painting.
